Atticus Payne  
Returning to his roots in Brunswick, Maine, warlock Atticus Payne wanted nothing but a secluded life away from humanity and anything magic. All that changed when he met Rayven Obsydian - a witch just coming into her own, and his old friend and dark warlock Kirrus Pars.

Rayven Payne
Rayven was raised in foster care until she was old enough to make it on her own.  Her mother had died shortly after childbirth, and she never knew who her father was until recently; after she moved to Brunswick.  Once she got to Brunswick, weird things started happening, and then she met Atticus who told her what she was….a witch.  He protected her and they fell in love, got married and had a daughter Wynter.  In between the love and marriage thing, Rayven found out she had family she never knew existed, and her dad wanted her powers and her life as well as her sisters and daughter.  Now they must all band together to protect what’s theirs.

Wynter Payne

The Daughter of Atticus and Rayven Payne,  she is a newborn with extraordinary powers, but they have yet to be unleashed.  She is the center of her parents world, and has everyone who comes in contact with her wrapped around her little finger.

Kirrus Pars
A Centuries old Warlock that immersed himself in the Dark Arts, Kirrus has finally found reason to free himself from the clawing pull of the darkness though it will always reside within; he is learning to manage it. With his long time child hood friend Atticus Payne, who is his cousin as well, he has appointed himself as a protector of the Witches of Brunswick. Follow his trials as he battles against the evil that would harm the Warlocks and Witches and see where his new chosen path may lead.

Bevin Forsythe 
Bevin knew from a very young age that she was different and didn't quite fit in to her parents strict and normal way of life. She had tried to keep her powers hidden but, when unexplained things happened around her especially when her emotions got the better of her , her parents always cast a doubting eye. It wasn't until college did she find out that she was adopted but it didn't stop her from wanting to gain their approval. An overachiever, she started college two years earlier setting her on the next path in her life. Catching the eye of an older school mate, Bevin eagerly tried to engage in the normal ways of college life only to be attacked by him. Her powers saved her and that day led her down the path of her career. Bevin mastered the science of homeopathy becoming a therapist to help others by using what the earth provides. She set up practice in her home town and with a cruel twist of fate was attacked once again. Her powers came to her rescue but one again, she gained the disapproving eye of her parents. Having had enough, Bevin decided to pack up shop. Using her finger and a map, she settled on Brunswick, Maine. Little did she know that the small town held the key to her whole life....and her future.

Gabriella Soarez

Gabriella was raised by her Mom and she tried to protect her daughter from Anwir Draven. Despite her Mom's love for him she knew how dangerous he was, but she was never able to protect Gabriella from him. He always managed to get his hands on her. Anwir was secretly using Gabriella's Step Dad to find his daughter and bring her back. Most of Gabriella’s life was spent in his prison where he tortured her and tried to use her gifts to find her other sisters. That was until a vision combined with a dream and her sisters found her and rescued her from that hell. Now she has to learn to live a semi normal life, without fear, as a part of a new family.
 

Chloe Molyneux
Born to the oldest and most powerful line of witches in Europe, Chloe has been raised from birth to hone her considerable powers. At one time she practiced the dark arts, having been lured into it by the man she loved. Before it consumed her, she pulled away from the dark arts, but not without a tremendous price that she continues to pay. In an effort to get a fresh start, she left New York and moved to Brunswick. A creative person by nature, Chloe is a talented writer and painter. Because of her brush with the dark arts, she is now guarded, but for those she considers to be her friends, there is nothing she won’t do. She is discovering that small town life has its charms and that chosen family can be every bit as important as blood family. Surprises are in store for her, including a twist of fate that will reveal she is not at all what she herself or anyone else thought her to be…

Madoc Coyle
The stranger in town. No one knows much about Madoc Coyle - other than Madoc Coyle himself.  Ostensibly, the reclusive businessman is in Brunswick for some peace and quiet but there's more to him than meets the eye. A centuries old Warlock meddling in the Dark Arts, his end game involves Bevin. He's got an axe to grind with Kirrus but he's biding his time on that score. His powers are derived from nature and among them is the rare ability to communicate with animals and send his spirit roaming in the body of another. His plans for the magical Brunswick crew? You'll have to follow to find out.

Crystal Sykes
As a 17 year old run away, she lives in places most rats would avoid.  Her Mom is locked away after many years of them being on the run to avoid the bad men-according to her.  She has no clue about who dear old dad is, but her mom has mentioned Edmund in a few nightmares she awoke her from. Sometimes Crystal know things,  she just isn't sure why or how. She is just glad she does since it has saved her more times than not. The rest has yet to be written.

Shaelyn Johnson
Orphaned as a child and sent to live with Uncle, she grew up knowing she was different and that she had talents others didn't. Uncle taught her the powers she had and she lived to help him. Then she realized he was into the Dark Arts. When she was 15, she disappeared from school. Shae Johnson was born and lived in homeless shelters until she moved to Brunswick at 19. She learned that music has an effect on how she can control the energy around her. Can she learn to control them before she hurts someone... or herself?
